  At Freedom Mas Band, each piece is designed and handcrafted as part of a luxury Caribbean Carnival experience. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  All costumes, accessories, and custom pieces are made-to-order and produced specifically for each masquerader. As such, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks under any circumstances once an order has been placed.

  NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
  All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes partial payments made toward any costume or package.

  CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
  Each Freedom Mas Band costume is a custom production. Variations in design, feather placement, or embellishments may occur as part of the handcrafted process and do not constitute grounds for refund or dispute.

  PICKUP POLICY
  All orders must be collected during the designated pickup period. Valid government-issued identification and order confirmation are required.

  Failure to collect your costume within the scheduled pickup window may result in forfeiture of your order without refund or credit.

  NO SHIPPING GUARANTEE
  Unless explicitly stated, Freedom Mas Band does not guarantee shipping for costumes. All orders are intended for in-person pickup unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
  By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute under any circumstances. Any attempt to file a chargeback after agreeing to these terms will be considered a breach of agreement.

  Freedom Mas Band reserves the right to submit all supporting evidence to financial institutions, including:

  • Proof of purchase and payment authorization

  • Agreement to these terms at checkout

  • Order confirmation records

  • Communication history

  • Pickup verification (where applicable)

  Fraudulent disputes may result in denial of future purchases and potential legal action.
